Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) Commences New Term with First Board Meeting in Las Vegas (2025) The first board meeting of the Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) for the 2025-2026 term was held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the prestigious Fountainbleau Hotel in Las Vegas. The event witnessed an overwhelming turnout, with attendees enthusiastically welcoming the newly elected President, Mr. Naveen Reddy Mallipeddi, and his team.
The meeting commenced with an inspiring opening message by TTA Founder, Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy. He extended heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing President, Mr. Vamshi Reddy Kancharkuntla, and the outgoing Executive Committee (EC) and Board of Directors (BOD) for their commendable service. TTA Founder Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy congratulated the newly elected President, Mr. Naveen Reddy Mallipeddi, and the newly formed EC, Extended EC, and BOD, wishing them success in their term.
This was followed by congratulatory remarks from Advisory Council Chair Dr. Vijayapal Reddy, Advisory Council Co-Chair Dr. Mohan Reddy Patalolla, Advisory Member Mr. Bharath Reddy Madadi, and outgoing President Mr. Vamshi Reddy Kancharkuntla, who reflected on the accomplishments of the past term and expressed optimism for the future.
TTA warmly welcomed Mr. Srinivas Anugu as a new Advisory Member during the meeting, followed by an oath ceremony. The oath ceremony for the new President, Mr. Naveen Reddy Mallipeddi, as well as the newly appointed Executive Committee and Board of Directors, was officiated by Advisory Council Co-Chair Dr. Mohan Reddy Patalolla. The Extended Executive Committee was also formally introduced on this occasion, adding further strength to the leadership team.
The event was attended by over 300 members, who celebrated and welcomed the new team with enthusiasm. In his keynote address, President Mr. Naveen Reddy delivered a powerful and motivating speech, setting ambitious goals for the term ahead. His vision for elevating the TTA’s achievements to greater heights resonated with the audience, instilling confidence and excitement among members.
Key discussions during the meeting revolved around the TTA Artificial Limbs Program, sponsorship for the Shankara Nethralaya event, and enhancements to the TTA Matrimonial Service. In a significant decision, the TTA Board announced plans to celebrate the organization’s 10th Anniversary in India in December 2025, coinciding with TTA Seva Days, further strengthening its commitment to community service.
The Telangana American Telugu Association, a highly respected and prestigious organization, continues to stand as a beacon of support and service in North America and India. Guided by the motto “Telugu Kalala Thota Telangana Sevala Kota,” the TTA has consistently delivered impactful initiatives, including food drives, blood drives, sports events, health camps, education webinars, immigration seminars, and assistance in medical and legal matters. The newly appointed Executive Committee and Extended Executive Committee were introduced with great pride and enthusiasm, highlighting the collective strength of the leadership team. The TTA Founder, Advisory Council, President, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors extended their heartfelt gratitude to all attendees for their support and active participation in the oath ceremony, making it a resounding success.
As the new term begins, TTA remains steadfast in its mission to serve the community, promote cultural heritage, and achieve greater milestones through collaboration and dedicated efforts.
